CUSTOM LOGO QUESTIONS:
How do I order a logo?
Ordering is simple and straight forward. Just complete the form and tell us in detail what you’re looking for. Select the font styles and overall artwork styles that you like best and then attach any pictures or files you have that might help us in designing your logo such as; other logos you like the look of, specific font styles you like, images of something you want in your logo, etc. If you really are unsure of what you want, that’s ok too. Just provide as much information as you can, and we will do the rest. Please keep in mind though that if you don’t request anything specific or include inspiration pictures, you are leaving the overall design up to us. If you then receive your proofs and you need to change your design drastically, you will be billed at $25 per hour.
Can I order anytime?
Yes, we accept orders anytime. However, during times of high volume of orders for custom design work, the wait time to receive your first proofs could be 3-4 weeks or more. If we receive too many orders at one time, and the wait time becomes too long to get the mockups out, we will temporarily close down the ability to order, so that we can catch up. Thank you for being understanding about this. We will work as fast as we can to get mockups to you, but we will not make short cuts on quality just to crank out logos quickly.
How much do you charge for a custom logo design?
Custom logos start at the base price, and increase based on the options you choose on the order form.
How long will it take to receive my logo after purchase?
See the logo product page for our current lead time on logo creation (based on volume of orders). You should receive your final logo files, approximately 1-2 weeks after you receive your initial mockups, depending on how many modifications you make to your designs.
What if I want to make changes to my logo concept after I receive the proofs?
The first round of approved edits to your logo design are free. After the first round, we will begin billing edits at $25 per hour. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AND GET YOUR CONSENT BEFORE WE START BILLING FOR THIS. No surprise charges will be added. You will receive your final invoice after your have approved your logo design, Once your final invoice is paid, you will receive a link via email to access your downloadable logo files (via Dropbox)
How much detail can I request in my logo?
Our logos are priced as low as possible so we can help out as many people/businesses that we can. Graphic design services can be very expensive because the work is so labor intensive. We create beautiful, impactful logos and branding work that start at just $250 (most custom logos will run you around $1000). If you are requesting very specific or detailed artwork, please understand that creating this type of art takes many many hours and we must, therefore, collect an upcharge for this type of detail request.
What kind of files will I receive of my new logo?
- High resolution .png files that have a transparent background (good for watermarking images, printing labels, printing apparel, or anytime you want no background to appear around your logo)
- Standard web resolution .jpg files with white backgrounds (good for social media accounts, online usage, or anytime you need the logo to load faster on the web)
- Vector based .eps files (good for scalable printing such as large banners or signs, good for professional printing companies such as apparel printers, etc. or anytime you need to scale the logo larger without losing quality)
RUBBER STAMP QUESTIONS:
How much do you charge for rubber stamps?

What countries do you ship rubber stamps to?
We currently ship/post our rubber stamps anywhere within the United States, plus Canada and Australia. We will be shipping worldwide in 2019.
How do i get a custom made rubber stamp?
Any of the text on our existing designs can be customized. You can change text as well as add text for additional $15. For a completely custom designed stamp, order here. For a rubber stamp made of your existing logo, order here. To use your existing logo and turn it into a custom egg carton stamp, order here.
How do I get a saturated stamp on my egg cartons?
Because the tops of egg cartons are soft and crush easily, you must have a hard surface underneath the lid in order to press down fully on the stamp. Our Stamping Blocks were created just for this reason.
HATCHING EGGS QUESTIONS:
Is your farm NPIP certified?
Yes! We are certified in the state of Texas as part of the National Poultry Improvement Plan. Our NPIP number is 74-4428 and our flock is classified as: U.S. Pullorum-Typhoid Clean.
When will your waiting list for hatching eggs be open?
Our waiting lists are generally open in late January (for Spring shipping), and early September (for Fall shipping). During periods of high volume of orders, or low availability of hatching eggs, our wait lists may close temporarily and then open back up again when orders on the wait lists have been filled.
How much do you charge for hatching eggs?
The prices for our hatching eggs vary by the breed, but you can see what is currently available and what the prices for each breed are here.
How many hatching eggs come in one order?
Hatching eggs are sold by the dozen, but we usually ship around 14 eggs to give you a few extra in case of breakage or to increase your hatching rate.
Can i request more or less of a breed, mix and match or change the amount of breeds per order?
We do not ship less than 12 eggs, so we can not accommodate requests for say 6 or 7 eggs. Our mixed breed packages have equal amounts of each breed (not accounting for the free extras) but if you want to request more of one breed and less than another you are welcome to add that custom request in the notes area of your order and we will try our best to accommodate that. Because of our limited supply and long wait list, we cannot guarantee the order adjustment/change.
What will my hatching rate be with the shipped eggs? do you guarantee hatching rates?
With so many different factors and situations that can account for a successful or unsuccessful hatch, we cannot guarantee any sort of hatch rate. We can guarantee that you will receive fresh eggs from a healthy breeding flock that are excellent candidates for hatching, and that they will be packaged and mailed with the utmost of care. The manner in which you handle your shipped eggs and incubate them is beyond our control. Rough mail handlers, faulty incubators, unreliable broody hens, poor handling of the eggs, unstable humidity conditions, etc. can all play a role in a bad hatch. In general, you can expect at best a 50% hatch rate from shipped eggs.
How much will it cost to ship the eggs to me?
Shipping costs are based on your zip code and how many orders of eggs you place. Shipping charges are applied during checkout. For most areas in the country, the priority mail flat rate is between $18 and $22, per dozen.
How do i know when my hatching eggs have been shipped?
When your order is packaged up and ready to ship, you will receive an email at the email address you provided during registration/checkout, and an update to your order on your My Account page. We will send you a USPS tracking number and your order status will change from “processing” to “complete”.
How long will it take for my hatching eggs to arrive?
We ship priority mail and you can expect your order to arrive 2-3 business days from when you receive your tracking number.
My order for hatching eggs was purchased on “back order” what does that mean?
When we sell out of a particular breed, some of the breed options will have orders available on back order. This means that we have a waiting list for that particular breed. Orders placed on back order will have an order status of “on hold” and will be placed in line on the waiting list. As the hatching eggs become available, we fill the orders as they are received. When your order is next in line on the wait list, your order status will change from “on hold” to “processing.” You can then expect shipping to occur within the next 3-4 business days (sometimes sooner). You are welcome to check in with us to see how many orders are in front of yours during this process, or when we project your order to be filled.
Please Note: You cannot be added to the waiting list for any breed without first placing an order.
